### **Job Responsibilities**

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and follow up on sales leads
* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
* Arrange and coordinate site visits with clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain accurate client data and follow-ups in CRM
* Stay updated on real estate market trends and inventory

### **Candidate Requirements**

* Graduate / Undergraduate (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
* Prior real estate sales experience is an advantage (freshers welcome)
* Basic knowledge of Noida real estate market is a plus
