1.1. 99Properties provides real estate services to clients. The specifics of the services will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement, which will detail the scope, duration, and cost of the project.
1.2. Any changes to the Service Agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2.1. Clients will be billed according to the terms agreed upon in the Service Agreement. Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule.
2.2. 99Properties reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or late payment.
3.1. 99Properties will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties unless required by law.
3.2. Clients must also maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or trade secrets shared during the project.
4.1. Any intellectual property developed during the project, including real estate marketing materials, remains the property of 99Properties unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.
4.2. 99Properties retains the right to showcase completed work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5.1. Clients must provide accurate and timely information necessary for the project’s successful execution, including access to relevant systems and accounts.
5.2. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permissions, or rights for content provided for real estate purposes.
6.1. 99Properties will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all services are delivered with professionalism and quality.
6.2. Client satisfaction is a priority, and 99Properties will work collaboratively to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the project.
7.1. Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice as outlined in the Service Agreement.
7.2. Upon termination, any outstanding payments will become immediately due.
8.1. 99Properties is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8.2. Clients are responsible for ensuring the compliance of marketing materials with applicable laws and regulations.
9.1. Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of government, or unforeseen events.
10.1. These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.1. 99Properties reserves the right to update and amend these Terms as necessary. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
